1. Reservation & Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability. To guarantee your booking, an advance payment or valid credit/debit card guarantee may be required at the time of booking. Confirmation details will be sent via email or SMS.

2. Check-in and Check-out Rules

• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards.
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) upon arrival for verification as per local regulations.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or failure to arrive (No-Show) will be charged for the first night's stay.

4. Guest Conduct & Hotel Rules

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peace and privacy of fellow guests. Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged directly to the guest's account. Illegal activities or disturbing behavior within the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund.
