Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Period

Guests can cancel their room reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Full advance payment will be refunded to your original mode of payment or issued as credit.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• If canceled within 24 hours of the check-in time, a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay will be applicable.
• In case of a No-Show (failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice), the entire booking amount for the first night will be forfeited, and the remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed instantly from our end, but it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your banking provider.
